Tons of natural woodwork throughout this home! There is also a large heated garage that has concrete floor and electric as well as a wood kiln structure next to that. The garage is attached to the home via a covered breezeway. The home needs a bit of TLC but this one has a ton of potential and tons of character. Stepping outside the home is a large open yard in front of the home surrounded by beautiful mixed timber types. Not far west from the home is a small creek that was flowing lightly at the time heading towards the southwest. As you head out of the yard on a trail that leads to the lake you cross that creek on the way to the lake. As you get to the lake you come to a beautiful bay of Dixon Lake. When I was there I noticed quite a bit of waterfowl and swans off to one side of the bay. There was also a beaver hut just on the outside of the cattails at the edge of the open water. The lake would be great for waterfowl hunting and is also an excellent walleye, northern pike, bluegill and crappie lake. Also just down the road is many other excellent lakes including Winnibigoshish, Cut Foot Sioux and others. I also noticed lots of deer sign on this property and in the yard. So this is truly a hunting, fishing, wildlife paradise!!
